It started inside a 500-unit, 30-building operation

Fieldkeep is a product of RightMove Properties, a multifamily operator that manages 500 residential units across more than 30 buildings. Running maintenance and field crews across that many scattered sites meant tracking time, mileage, location, work orders, and comms every single day — and the off-the-shelf tools never quite fit how the work actually happens.

So we built our own. Fieldkeep grew out of the systems we use to coordinate, track, and pay our own technicians — hardened by real operations, thousands of clock-ins, drives, and work orders, long before it was ever offered as a product.

Why we built it

Field work is messy. Crews are spread across dozens of sites, drives blur together, and the signal that something’s about to go wrong is scattered across systems that don’t talk — so you find it after it’s a problem, not before.

Fieldkeep’s premise is simple: the operation should read itself. Every stream — GPS, time, mileage, comms, work orders — read together over your AppFolio operation by one AI, which catches the miss nobody flagged, routes it to an owner, and remembers what got done. You see around the corner while you can still get ahead of it.

We don’t just make Fieldkeep. We run on it.

Fieldkeep runs every day on RightMove’s own portfolio — every shift, every work order, every drive. It isn’t a prototype looking for a customer; it’s the tool we couldn’t operate without. No borrowed logos, no rented testimonials — just the operator who lives in it.
